All items purchased from MySkinn.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Charges and Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, in Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product and shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees. With respect to items sold on MySkinn.in, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process.

For any reason, if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. In the case of COD, You are entitled to pay the full amount to our logistics partner once the product reaches you. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by MySkinn.in.

The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Site policies, Modification, and Severability

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
